The wide range of hydraulic & pneumatic sealing products offered by us can be made available in varied material finishes. These include:
Butyl Rubber
It has very low permeability rate, good electrical properties, resistance to weathering & Ozone. Some of its additional features are:
Polytetrafluoroethylene
It exhibits outstanding chemical resistance to harshest media, is non flammable, inert and self lubricating. Some of its additional features are:
Natural Rubber (NR)
It is the oldest rubber available having outstanding resistance to tear, abrasion & cut growth.
Chemical Resistance: Water Oxidation, Alcohol and Ketones, Moderate Resistance to Acids, Alkalis
Ethylene Propylene Rubber
It is a Co-Polymer of Ethylene & Propylene and is mostly used in break systems. Some of its additional features are:
Acrylonitrile Butadiene (NBR - Nitrile)
It is the general term for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Polymer. Higher the Acrylonitrile content, better is the resistance towards fuel and oil, at the same time affecting elasticity and compression set. Some of its additional features are:
Carboxylated Nitrile
It has proven tear & abrasion resistance compared to NBR and is used in dynamic applications.
TEMP: - 300C to 1000 C
Hydrogenated Nitrile
HNBR compounds exhibit improved heat resistance to general NBR compounds. These also possess superior mechanical properties particularly of high strength.
TEMP: -400C to 1500 C
Fluorocarbon
It has excellent resistance to Ozone, Oxygen, High temperature, Mineral Oils, Aliphatic & Aromatic Hydrocarbons and many chemicals. Some of its additional features are:
